感谢分享！正在读 Dr. Kristin Neff 的书，一直不知道怎么翻译 self-compassion 比较准确。书里面有提到一个四句的 mantra, 不知道可否请老师帮忙也翻译一下？（或者您有其他推荐的中文说法吗）

This is a moment of suffering.

Suffering is part of life.

May I be kind to myself in this moment.

May I give myself the compassion I need.
