Hi Lynne, I can’t thank you enough for creating KeyValues. As you said in your most recent post, sometimes there is so much homogeneity in tech/SF candidates forget to ask what value or mission matters to them.

There is so much more that defines you and your success potential besides the skills keywords on your resume. 2 Python developers both specialize in machine learning and can solve BFS questions on a whiteboard may have drastically different needs to be happy and passionate at work.

It is so true that a lot of us rather stay in our comfort zone, researching the company’s tech stack and doing 1-week take home challenge than finding out the values of that company and decide if we want to even pursue this opportunity or not.

I truly enjoyed KeyValues and it’s great to see you pushing the companies to elaborate on their values instead of allowing everyone to claim what they want other people to believe. I hope more and more companies collaborate with your platform. Thank you!
